What is the Larimer County Master Gardener Program?

The Colorado State University Extension Master Gardener Program engages trained volunteers nationwide who assist the Extension staff in responding to the numerous horticulture calls and questions received during the growing season.

Through the Larimer County Extension Office, trained Master Gardener volunteers are available to answer horticulture question about vegetable gardening, flowers, trees, shrubs, lawns, pruning, watering, plant disease and diagnosis, insect problems, composting, and environmental concerns.

Master Gardeners are periodically at the Larimer County Extension Office, 1525 Blue Spruce Drive, Fort Collins to identify plants, plant diseases, insects and answer your gardening questions. You may call them at (970) 498-6000 or stop by and visit.
