Food Protection Manager Certification TrainingThis one-day training with certification exam meets the requirement for individuals wanting to produce and sell home-based food products in accordance with the Colorado Cottage Food Act, as well as retail food managers seeking advanced food safety certification. Participants must achieve a passing exam score of 75% or higher to receive a certificate, valid for 5 years. Registration deadline is two weeks prior to class. |
