The Entrance off B Road and Adjoining Planting Area
Work on this area includes redoing the entrance off B road and the preparation of a planting area immediately to the east of the gates.
The area to be planted is to the left of the gates.
The irrigation system has been installed. The area will have more organic matter added and then rototilled in anticipation for planting.
The entrance off B Road includes a wide gate for emergency vehicles and a pedestrian gate. This entrance was excavated and subbase compacted. Road base provided by Grand Junction Pipe and Supply was applied in 3 inch layers and compacted.
After the road base was compacted a layer of decomposed granite was applied.
