Installing the Drain System

A drain system to move water sheeting from the parking lot to the drain ditch consists of 650 feet of 4 inch ABS perforated sleeved corrugated perforated drain placed in the bottom of a trench filled with gravel. This system will help keep the edge of The Arboretum from turning into a swarm. This system was made possible courtesy of Grand Junction Pipe and Supply, Bob Cat of the Rockies, and Wayne Hopper, Landscape Design and Construction.
