Plants provided by the Plant Select program have been integrated into the demonstration gardens at the Mesa County CSU Extension office.
Plant lists and maps have been developed for the gardens and are available from information boxes located at the gardens. Newspaper columns have been developed for the Daily Sentinel to promote the Plant Select ® program, additional web pages will be developed on each plant and additional promotion will be directed at local/area garden centers and nurseries. As a result of the gardens and information provided thus far, some Plant Select ® introduction are now available from commercial outlets.
