4-H Enrollment in Boulder County
All the latest information for enrollment and requirements
Start here to enroll in Boulder County 4-H
Begin your enrollment process here by clicking on this link for 4-H Online.
If you are a returning member or volunteer, please select "forgot my password" and your password will be sent to you so you can continue on the existing record ( At times it is necessary to log in multiple times for the system to accept your password. )
When you complete your enrollment, your "enrollment status" in the member/volunteer list will change to "pending". When you see "pending", know that your enrollment now awaits the proper paperwork and fees to be submitted by your Organizational Leader.
But wait! Before you leave your enrollment page, please...
drop down to the gray box entitled "Member reports."
Select -- Member:
select the name of the member/volunteer whose status is "pending."
Select -- Reports:
select Member enrollment form
At this point, another screen should open with the completed enrollment. Please print, sign, and return to your Organizational Leader along with the appropriate fees: $40/members which includes 4 projects and the indicated manuals; $25/Cloverbuds. Family maximum for enrollment only is $120.00

These are the forms the Extension Office must receive (signed appropriately) in order for your enrollment to become active.
YOU WILL NOT BE ACTIVELY ENROLLED IN BOULDER COUNTY 4-H UNLESS THE OFFICE RECEIVES ALL THESE FORMS FROM YOUR ORGANIZATIONAL LEADER.

Equine Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement - both Youth and Adult forms - is a triplicate form and must be obtained from the Leader or Extension Office.
