Homeowners Associations

Numerous homeowner associations exist in Boulder County . Cooperative Extension will visit your common areas along with a representative from the current Board of Directors, Green Industry Professional working with your HOA and the management company.

A detailed summary, includes a walk-through; write up of observations of the walkthrough with accompanying CSU and other land-grant university information to each group of participants discussing appropriate horticulture activities to consider. Fees for 2006 are: $35 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
