The Extension Nutrition Program (ENP) provides information on nutrition, healthy cooking, food safety, and food budgeting. In doing so, we strive to provide a positive, encouraging, and successful experience for those with limited resources. When participants complete the free course, they receive a free cookbook and a certificate from Colorado State University Cooperative Extension.
