County 4-H Awards Applications and Nominations
Each year the Douglas County 4-H Program recognizes outstanding 4-H members, leaders, parents, and community members at the 4-H Achievement Program. In order to increase the participation in the selection process, we are encouraging each club to nominate someone for each award. The nominations do not have to be members enrolled in your club, however it is highly encouraged for you to look at your membership and decide on the outstanding members or adults. Leaders, please use your discretion as to how these nominations are handled. You can bring up as a discussion point during a club meeting, or gather leaders together to discuss and decide. NOMINATIONS ARE DUE SEPTEMBER 9th, 2011 to be received at the Extension Office.
