High Country Hospitality Workshop

Hospitality training will be provided on June 28, 2006 starting at 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 Noon. The High Country Hospitality Workshop will take place at the CSU Extension office located at 305 South Union Boulevard in Colorado Springs.

“Research indicates that 68% of your customers don’t return because of an attitude of indifference or rudeness toward the customer,” said Gary Hall, Extension Agent. “High Country Hospitality will help reduce that attitude and keep more of your customers.”

High Country Hospitality teaches front line employees quality customer care techniques. Hall will be teaching various program topics which will include The Circle of Service, Who Are the People We Serve, What Are We Trying to Accomplish and the Moment of Truth.

The workshop will include interactions on various topics of customer care and hospitality. Participants will receive a notebook, refreshments and a certificate of completion for a registration fee of $25.00 per person collected at the door.

Contact the CSU Extension office at 719-636-8920 to pre register for the workshop. Contact Hall for more information at 639-8934 or gary.hall@elpasoco.com.
