4-H Literature Orders

Club Leaders are asked to place an order for their entire club at one time. Attach a mailing label to the order form, enclose payment, and then bring or mail the order form, label and payment to our office.

We will assemble the order for you and the literature will be mailed directly to the address on the mailing label. If you forget to put a mailing label on the order form, then the order will be sent to our office and you will need to come to our office to pick it up.

CSU Extension in El Paso County is now required to charge taxes on all literature, books, manuals, etc. sold. This includes all 4-H Literature. Our order form has been adapted to INCLUDE taxes. You do NOT need to do any extra calculating. Just be sure you use the form below to place your orders.

NOTE: We are currently being asked to NOT order the following manuals as they are in the process of being revised and are not yet available for sale. The state office told us on 12/5/11 that these manuals should be available during the first part of January. They are:

Cake Decorating –Units 1-3 (replaces Units 1-4)
Foods Units 1-4
Model Rocketry Units 1 and 2

Our literature forms were updated on 12/8/11 to include County Project materials.

Self-Calculating Form (with taxes) - PLEASE USE THIS FORM IF POSSIBLE - First open the document, then select "save as" and save a new copy to your computer.

Plain Form (with taxes) - Only use this one if the one above doesn't work for you
