AmeriCorps Members Needed

Our 4-H program is looking for three part-time AmeriCorps members to provide 4-H STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) education to economically disadvantaged youth beginning on or around 8/15/15.  Members receive a stipend & educational awards. Fireblight Appearing

Do your trees have shriveled, dark brown branch tips? It could be fireblight disease which is rampant this year due to the wet weather in May. See this CSU Extension fact sheet for management strategies.

4-H Camps Under Way

The excitement was contagious as campers began the first week on Monday, June 8. A few spots are still available for future weeks. Register now! (Children in grades 3-6 in fall 2015.) Last week of camp is July 13-17.
