Food Safety Training May & June Dates Set

Colorado Cottage Food producers are required to take safety training. Learn basic safety, food permissible in the CO Cottage Food Act, labeling requirements and high altitude considerations. Classes May 11, May 20 and June 12. June class is in Jeffco. Click here for details.
