Native Plant Master®  Program

Participant   Volunteer

Have you always wanted to learn how to identify the beautiful plants that grow in nature?  Would you like to learn more about using them in your landscape?  Would you like to learn how to distinguish natives from noxious weeds?  Take a Native Plant Master® course!  Randy Fisher, State Representative, House District 53 said, "Thanks so much for your e-mail and the information about the Native Plant Master Program.  This is a great program  that I support wholeheartedly.  Thank you for the great work you are doing to help protect and sustain native ecosystems. "

Taking a Native Plant Master course can expand your perspective.  For example, one participant in Native Plant Master courses said “I am busy organizing the plant ordering for our Gigantic Annual Spring Plant Sale...  Because of the NPM classes I’ve taken, my ordering for shrubs is leaning quite a bit more towards the native."

NPM is making a difference for Coloradans. Last year, Colorado citizens reported that they saved $95,395 from implementing sustainable landscaping and weed control as a result of their participation in the program.
