COYOTES The
book chapter titled CARNIVORES discusses the extent of carnivore predation
on domestic livestock, reviews past and current control methods, examines the
impact of control on predator populations, behavior and ecology, reviews public
attitudes toward predator control, discusses when and how control should be implemented,
and speculates on the future of techniques for prevention and control of predation
on livestock. This chapter is from
a book entitled RANGELAND WILDLIFE which is a comprehensive treatise of
